“What shipping services do you use?”

We send all items out via Royal Mail.

The postal charges are 2 rates for either large letter or small parcel with the Royal Mail. A signature will be required upon delivery for hardware.

We ship orders placed before 15.00pm Monday-Friday the same day. Any orders after 15.00pm will be shipped the following working day.

Weekend orders will be shipped the following  Monday.

Delivery times: Royal Mail 1st class are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.

Claims for lost post will not be processed for 15 working days. This is purely down to the Royal Mails claims procedures

Sometimes, we are incredibly busy so we might not be able to fulfill your request. If this is the case, we will contact you through your provided e-mail address. Please make sure we don’t end up in your junk folder!

“Where are your liquids manufactured?”

We manufacture our own e-liquids in our purpose fitted warehouse.

We currently have 1 ISO 7 accredited cleanroom and are working on a secondary ISO 7 cleanroom giving us over 60m2.

We have quality management systems in place and are fully prepared to meet the upcoming TPD regulations.

“Can you ship outside of the UK?”

We currently have no plans to sell outside of the United Kingdom.

“Do you give out sample bottles?”

No we do not offer a sample service. We are simply too busy trying to get orders out to accommodate a sample service.
We have plenty of reviews both on this site & on YouTube & forums that should give you a good idea of what the liquids are like.
At our discretion, return customers who have placed multiple orders may receive samples of our new up coming products so we can receive feedback from them.
